We are blessed to be able to provide forever homes for dozens of animals in need. We are doubly blessed to create an environment where rescued animals help us do the really hard work of rescuing people from the struggle, hardship, and despair created by substance misuse and mental health challenges. This means there are many mouths to feed, medications, veterinary care, farrier services and so much more. As a program of GAAMHA, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we gratefully accept any charitable donations (large or small) our supporters are kind enough to make. We also work with many local vendors and suppliers of farm and animal care related items who may be willing to support us in the form of goods or services. 
The old African proverb tells us that "It takes a village to raise a child" which is true, but we like to think "It takes a farm to restore a person to health and well-being", and with your help, we will continue to do that here at R.O.O.T.S!
